Care Responsibilities: IRIS Consultant lead who works with her team to ensure we as an IRIS Consultant agency provide the best advocacy for our participants to ensure their health and safety is met through the services IRIS provides.
Specialties: Having a medical background helps me understand the needs of our participants and how to help them self-direct accordingly. This also helps me know how to properly guide them into understanding the IRIS requirements, rules and answer their questions they might have.
