IRIS Consultant
Location: Milwaukee
Care Responsibilities: Helping participants in our program with their long-term care goals and finding different ways to achieve them.
Assist participants in adhering to the IRIS policies and procedures.
Monthly in person visits with participants and attend weekly IRIS meetings.
Act as a resource for other IRIS Consultants.
Specialties: Experience coaching youth in sports (Football/Wrestling).
County/Region I’m familiar with: Milwaukee.
Languages or Communication Skills:English.

More about me:I am a very outgoing and active person. My outside of work life is filled with either sports or my family. I love being around others and trying new hobbies. Recently I have been liking the outdoors life a little more I enjoy going for walks on trails or going kayaking down a relaxing river.
