IC Manager / Supervisor Manager
Care Responsibilities: Guide and assist our team of IRIS Consultants, provide support & share community resources to benefit our Participants. Manage Participants plans, case manage, and design internal in-services to improve the operation of Advocates4U for our clients. Supervise IRIS Consultants, educate through meetings and resources, and complete on-going quality assurance of cases.
Educational Background: Mount Mary University.
Specialties: Motivation Interviewing certificated Mental Health First Aide USA certified Mandated Reporter certified through DHS WI CPR/ First Aide certified medical assistant skills experienced working with all spectrum of like from newborn to end of life patients. Experience with disabled, autistic and nonverbal patients.

Languages or Communication Skills: Bilingual English and Spanish.

Having a special needs/ disabled daughter, I take every IRIS Participant needs as if they are part of my own family.
