IC Supervisor

Care Responsibilities: As an IC team lead, I oversee other IC’s, conduct meetings and audits. I also work alongside IRIS participants to develop a customized long-term plan that will ensure their health and safety. This plan provides participants with the tools that will help empower them to achieve their goals, such as becoming involved in community programs or employment allowing them to continue their independence.

Educational Background: Gateway College.

Specialties: Motivation Interviewing certificated, Mental Health First Aide USA certified, WI CPR/ First Aide certified medical assistant skills experienced working with all spectrums from newborn to end of life patients.

County/Region I’m familiar with: Bayshore, Cudahy, Franklin, New Berlin, Milwaukee, Oak creek, St. Francis, West Allis.

Languages or Communication Skills: English and Spanish.

More about me: Prior to joining Advocates4U I was employed for 13 years with a FQHC in the medical field. I am happy to be able to bring my experiences and knowledge to provide a high quality of care. I have a passion to advocate for those in need and believe that independence is key to empowering individuals to continue to be proactive over their health ultimately allowing them to achieve their goals. During me free time I enjoy listening to music, reading, going for walks, and spending time with my family and friends.
