IC Supervisor Manager

Care Responsibilities: I provide education and knowledge to assist in the self-direction process. I work closely with participants to ensure their self-directed plans meet their needs as well as ensure their health and safety. I assist with the training and development of consultants on my team to ensure they have the proper knowledge and resources to assist their participants in the same way.
Educational Background: Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Specialties:Conflict Resolution, Training and Development as well as working with the elderly, physically disabled and developmentally disabled.
