Care Responsibilities: Administer Long Term Care Functional Screens to participants enrolled in the IRIS Program in order to establish a level of care and functional eligibility for all publicly funded long term care programs serving adults in Wisconsin.
Specialties: I have enjoyed working with seniors and the frail elderly to help them find the best options for their care needs. I have worked in both the home care and senior community settings.
