Executive Operating Manager
Care Responsibilities: I am pleased to announce that I am the Executive Operating Manager. In this role, I work closely with our Executive Director and management team to help keep the organization running smoothly. I help identify and solve problems, support our staff, and make sure we are following program requirements. Most importantly, I want to make sure our team has the support they need and that the people we serve are receiving the quality services they deserve.
Educational Background: Carroll University.
Specialties: I have experience working with several of the populations that Advocates4U serve. I have a strong background in working with individuals with dementia and those who are frail elders.
County/Region I’m familiar with: Sheboygan, Ozaukee and Milwaukee County.
Languages or Communication Skills: English.
I’m comfortable with pets in the home: No.
More about me: On a personal note, I was born and raised in Milwaukee and lived there until 2005. I then moved to Sheboygan but continued working in the Milwaukee area for many years. In my free time I enjoy hiking, knitting and spending time with my grandchildren.
