Care Responsibilities: I determine functional eligibility for participants in the IRIS Program by completing Long-Term Care Functional Screens and conducting comprehensive assessments of individual needs. Through interviews, observations, and review of relevant information, I help ensure participants have access to the services and supports needed to live safely and independently. I am committed to providing accurate, person-centered assessments while building positive relationships with participants and their support network.

Educational Background: Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Specialties: My specialty is working with older adults and individuals living with dementia in assisted living settings. I also have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

More about me: With over six years of experience working with older adults and individuals living with dementia in both caregiver and human resources roles, I have developed a strong passion for helping others, which led me to earn a degree in Human Social Services from Wisconsin Lutheran College, completed in May 2025. Outside of work, I enjoy watching Milwaukee Brewers baseball, spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews, and being with friends whether playing pickleball or going to concerts.
