Intake Specialist
Care Responsibilities: As an intake specialist for Advocates4U, I am the initial point of contact for clients and participants. This involves explaining our services and processes to ensure they understand what to expect, as well as addressing specific questions or concerns. I gather information, process paperwork and ensure information is entered accurately into multiple databases. By coordinating with other departments, I help facilitate a participant’s entry into the IRIS program.
