IRIS Consultant
Care Responsibilities: As an IRIS Consultant, I partner with older adults and individuals with disabilities to help them design and direct their own long-term care. My primary focus is empowering individuals to maintain autonomy by assisting them in building customized service plans, managing their personalized budgets, and navigating the complexities of becoming an employer. Through regular monthly and quarterly check-ins, I ensure our participants have the resources, community connections, and support network they need to live independently and thrive on their own terms.
Specialties: With a diverse and compassionate background in human services, I bring extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from youth to the elderly. My professional expertise spans working with people with Down syndrome, autism, and a wide spectrum of physical and developmental disabilities, as well as navigating complex mental health challenges. Deeply committed to fostering independence and enhancing quality of life, I specialize in leveraging assistive technology to bridge accessibility gaps and empower those I serve. Whether providing direct care, implementing supportive programs, or advocating for inclusivity, I am dedicated to delivering empathetic, person-centered support that honors the unique needs and dignity of every individual.

More about me: Originally hailing from the Sunshine State, I relocated to Wisconsin in 2018, where I met my husband and built a fulfilling life. As a dedicated advocate, my truest professional joy comes from partnering with families—guiding them toward long-term success by teaching them how to confidently advocate for themselves. When I’m not empowering others, you can find me listening to music across every genre or enjoying the Wisconsin weather on a walk with Cooper, my beloved 15-year-old rescue mini schnauzer.
