IRIS Consultant

Care Responsibilities: Partner with IRIS participants to identify their long-term-care goals, develop individualized support and service plans, navigate IRIS requirements, maintain regular contact, monitor health and safety, connect participants with community resources, complete accurate documentation, and promote independence and self-direction.

Specialties: Supporting adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered employment services, job readiness and coaching, independent-living skill development, self-advocacy, and community inclusion.

County/Region I’m familiar with: Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee.

Languages or Communication Skills: Milwaukee/Door/Dane/Wood/Adams/Sauk counties.

I’m comfortable with pets in the home: English; beginner-level Spanish with the ability to engage in basic conversation.

More about me: I am a Milwaukee-area father of two with a professional background in disability employment services, leadership, and hospitality. I value building genuine relationships and helping people recognize their strengths, increase their independence, and pursue goals that are meaningful to them. I bring an approachable, creative, and practical style to problem-solving and advocacy. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gaming, creative writing and game development, exploring Milwaukee and Chicago with my daughters, and continuing to learn Spanish.
