My goal is to help individuals continue their enrollment in the IRIS program, and to identify their long-term care goals and find creative ways to achieve them.

More about me: My name is Johnathan, but feel free to call me John. I’m a graduate of the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have built a decade of connections with various organizations in the region serving adults with disabilities. I now utilize my connections to best serve those who I work with. I enjoy getting to know those I serve, and building new connections to establish great working relationships with the community at large.
