IRIS Consultant
Care Responsibilities: Building & maintain trusting relationships with participants; support & develop long-term service and supports plans to become more independent; guide participants through IRIS program requirements and options; strengthen connections between participants and community partners.
Specialties: Working with unhoused adults or those experiencing housing challenges; creating and evaluating needs assessments and service/goal plans for individuals with disabilities, mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders; creating and fostering successful and beneficial relationships with community partners and resources.

More about me: I have a passion not just for helping individuals but for supporting and advocating for individuals on all levels; I have nearly a decade worth of experience in the field of social services and am highly knowledgeable in community supportive resources and I’m the type of person that if I don’t have or know the answer, I will keep working until I figure out all possible answers. Family is of highest importance to me and in my free time, I’m outside, gardening or playing with my children.
