Care Responsibilities:Assessing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with DHS guidelines. Skilled in conducting compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic changes. Assisting and educating staff in policies and procedures and quality improvement.
Specialties: I specialize in working with young adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, as my younger sister has Down Syndrome. I’m experienced with helping frail elders and adults with physical disabilities. An area of expertise for me is also compliance and auditing.

More about me: I have 9 years of experience working in long-term care programs in Wisconsin. In my free time, I enjoy taking my three dogs to the dog park and for long walks. Family is very important to me. I’m also an avid gardener and have many indoor plants.
