Quality Assurance Liaison
Care Responsibilities: My role is to promote quality care and best practice, assist staff with adherence to policies, help identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and assist with the communication of strategies to resolve issues and mitigate problems with participants and or internal/external staff.
Specialties: I specialize in working with individuals with dementia, the elderly, blind and disabled population. I have experience working in a variety of settings such as the hospital, salvation army and social service agencies.

More about me: On my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter going on walks and family outings. I enjoy serving at my local church and in the community. I am a team player and have a passion working with and mentoring youth girls.
