Care Responsibilities: Identify the persons long-term support needs and desired goals to develop an individual service & support team. Assisting participants through the Iris Program by developing a plan that will ensure they continue to keep their independence.
Educational Background: Herzing University.
Specialties: I have experience assisting and empowering individuals who acquired a disability and/or have mental health barriers to achieve their goals related to health, housing, employment, transportation, community memberships, and safety.

More about me: I am a mother of two kids who is very dedicated and reliable. I have knowledge, experience and leadership skills in patient care related to age groups ranging from newborn to elderly including disabilities. Advocacy is an important role in our community and I am honored to offer my knowledge to our participants.
