Care Responsibilities: I oversee our Orientation Consultants and provide trainings and education to the team. I also assist with quality assurance and help maintain quality customer services. Furthermore, I assist individuals in developing customized plans to achieve their goals relating to health, safety, community involvement and lasting relationships. I want to ensure that IRIS participants are in a safe, caring environment of their choice.

Specialties: I specialize in working with individuals in our frail and elderly populations, those with Alzheimer’s and dementia and individuals with complex mental health disorders.

More about me: For the past 11 years, I have had the opportunity to work with seniors and individuals with disabilities in the community setting, as well as in the assisted living and behavioral health realm. It has been my pleasure to assist individuals in obtaining the services and the support they need to continue living a fulfilled life. In my free time, I enjoy attending sporting events like Packer and Badger Football and Basketball games, playing golf with my husband, traveling internationally, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and our 2 dogs.
