Care Responsibilities:Collaborating with participants to create, implement and continue to implement a Self-Directed Life Plan.
Assist participants with adhering to IRIS program policies and procedures.
Act as a resource for other IRIS Consultants.
Provide program knowledge and support to other staff when appropriate, including, but not limiting to reassignments and re-engagements.
Attend and participate in monthly face-to-face team meetings and trainings.
Attend Tuesday all staff meetings.
Attend all staff Thursday training the last Thursday of every month.

Specialties: I have experience working with vulnerable populations such as elderly, women and children. I specialize in trauma informed care and working with individuals with mental health.
