Care Responsibilities:Work closely with individuals enrolled in the IRIS program to help identify their long term goals and help assist them with achieving them. Collaborate with individuals to create and implement Self Directed Life Plan. Assist individuals with adhering to IRIS program policies and procedures.
Specialties: Working with elderly, blind and disabled, Alzheimer patients, Cancer patients and Autism.
