Care Responsibilities: Collaborate with participants to create, implement, and continue to implement a Self-Directed Life Plan; assist participants with adhering to IRIS program policies and procedures; provide training and onboarding support to new IRIS consultants; act as a resource for other IRIS Consultants when they have approved absences; provide program knowledge and support to other staff when appropriate, including but not limiting to reassignments and re-engagements; attend and participate in monthly face-to-face team meetings and trainings.
